AWS DevOPs Engineer London

A leading IT Consultancy is seeking a AWS DevOps Engineer on a contract basis to work on a project for a leading insurance client.

You will be needed onsite in London 2-3 times per week.

The AWS DevOps Engineer must be AWS certified and have experience in Lambda, CloudFormation and Python.

The AWS DevOps Engineer will own the end to end release/code deployment pipelines for DevOps and ensure all builds comply to AWS standards, Cloud formation and be responsible for the implementation of the full CI/CD pipeline on AWS Cloud using AWS native and additional applications as required

Key Skills

• 36 months+ experience working in DevOps
• Expertise in AWS based DevOps
• Expertise in Cloud formation
• preferably with the following certification "AWS Certified SysOp Administrator - Associate" and/or "AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional"
• Ability to work diligently and independently on tasks
• Strong experience with AWSCodeBuild, AWSCodePipeline, Bitbucket, CloudFormation, Cloudwatch
• Experience working with microservices based on Lambda (Python), ECS, DynamoDB and S3
• Working Knowledge of Python (specifically with Boto3)
