About the Role:

We are seeking detail-oriented and analytical individuals to join our team as Quality Assurance Raters. In this role, you will evaluate search results and AI-generated content, providing valuable feedback that helps improve product quality and enhance AI model performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate search results and AI responses for quality, accuracy, and relevance
• Conduct research to verify information and support your ratings
• Apply rating guidelines with precision while maintaining high standards
• Provide feedback to improve rating processes and AI models
• Participate in training and quality calibration sessions

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Resident in United Kingdom for 5 years
• Strong research, analytical, and attention-to-detail capabilities
• Familiarity with current affairs, business, media, and social landscapes
• Reliable internet, computer, and smartphone access
• Independent workers who can follow guidelines consistently
• Preferred: QA/content moderation experience, AI technology familiarity, or expertise in Popular Culture, Social Sciences, STEM, Medicine, Law, or Finance.
