AWS Connect Architect

We are looking for an experienced AWS Connect Architect with strong expertise in designing and deploying Amazon Connect contact center solutions on AWS.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable Amazon Connect solutions
  • Develop IVR workflows and call routing strategies
  • Integrate AWS services and enterprise CRM platforms
  • Build automation using Terraform & CloudFormation
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure and scalable solutions
