Payroll /HCM consultant

We are hiring a Payroll / HCM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP ECC Payroll, Time Management, and Workday (WD) to support end-to-end payroll transformation and implementation projects.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP ECC Payroll & Time Management
• Hands-on experience with Workday (WD), including payroll integrations (GL, Bank, Mass Uploads, Roles & Security)
• Payroll implementation and production support
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications
• Strong understanding of HR, Time, Finance, and Payroll integrations
• Knowledge of payroll regulations, compliance, testing, and end-to-end payroll processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

What You'll Do:

• Gather payroll requirements and collaborate with vendors on solution design
• Support end-to-end payroll implementations, Workday integrations, and testing
• Validate payroll configurations, integrations, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Workday, and technical teams for successful delivery
• Perform defect resolution, root cause analysis, and production support
