Quality Assurance Lead

Experience: 12+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks using Java and Cucumber .
• Integrate and execute automated tests within CI/CD pipelines , particularly using Jenkins (CT integration).
• Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless and high-quality software delivery.
• Review and analyze test results, document defects, and collaborate with relevant teams for timely issue resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement by enhancing automation strategies, tools, and processes.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Automation Testing and SDET roles.
• Advanced proficiency with Cucumber and Java for automation scripting.
• Solid experience working with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools.
• Background in Banking (Cards) or the Payments domain .
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
