Identity Security Cloud (SailPoint) Solution Designer

We’re looking for an experienced Identity Security Cloud (SailPoint) Solution Designer to help shape and deliver our enterprise‐wide Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) strategy. You’ll design secure, scalable SailPoint solutions that strengthen our identity controls, streamline lifecycle processes, and support our move toward a Zero Trust, cloud‐first environment.

What you’ll do

• Design SailPoint ISC solutions covering JML, RBAC, certifications, and SoD.
• Create high‐quality HLDs/LLDs, workflows, and integration patterns.
• Lead identity integrations with HR systems, Azure AD/Entra ID, cloud platforms, and key business apps.
• Translate regulatory and audit requirements into effective identity governance controls.
• Act as the SME for SailPoint and identity security across architecture, engineering, and security teams.
• Support continuous improvement of identity processes, automation, and governance.

What you’ll bring

• Strong hands‐on integration experience with SailPoint ISC.
• Deep understanding of IAM/IGA concepts: JML, RBAC/ABAC, SoD, certifications, provisioning.
• Knowledge of Azure AD/Entra ID, SSO (SAML/OIDC/OAuth2), and API‐based integrations.
• Experience designing identity solutions in large, complex environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technical and non‐technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• SailPoint certifications.
• CISSP, CCSP, or cloud architecture certifications.
• Experience in regulated industries.
