Technical Author

We're looking for a Technical Author experienced in creating and maintaining documentation for Okta, Entra, and SaaS applications. The role involves analysing existing materials and producing new high-quality documentation to support technical and service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, and maintain:

- Knowledge Articles (KAs) for Okta, Entra & Service Desk

- Service Overviews (SOs)

- Technical Run Manuals (TRMs)

- Technical Recovery Action Plans (TRAPs)

Review and manage ServiceNow requests related to Okta and Entra User Groups.

Ensure all technical documents meet quality, accuracy, and compliance standards.

Ideal Profile:

Strong experience with Okta, Entra, and SaaS application documentation

Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM processes

Excellent written communication & analytical skills
