What Youll Be Doing: Diagnosing and repairing faults on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other digital devices.

Handling device bookings, managing repairs, and ensuring timely updates for customers.

Using green repair techniques and sustainable practices for device refurbishments.

Managing stock, handling warranty returns, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Communicating with customers via phone, email, and in-store support.

Collaborating with suppliers, service centres, and logistics teams.
