Senior Legal Counsel

Are you a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys working alongside senior business
leaders and influencing the future of technology, media and sport?

In this pivotal London-based role, you'll be the primary legal advisor to our Technology Services business across the UK, EMEA and Australia, supporting one of the most innovative areas of TGI Sport as we continue our ambitious One TGI transformation.

Working closely with our Chief Legal Officer and senior leaders across Commercial, Product, Engineering and Operations, you'll help shape the legal framework behind the technologies transforming global sports broadcasting—from virtual advertising and LED technology to AI, media rights and intellectual property.

This is far more than a traditional in-house legal role.

You'll be a trusted commercial partner, helping teams innovate at pace while
balancing legal risk with commercial opportunity. You'll advise on strategic
projects, influence business-critical decisions and take ownership of global
legal areas including AI governance, intellectual property, data privacy and
information security.

As TGI Sport continues to integrate multiple international businesses into one
global organisation, you'll have the opportunity to help shape not only the
legal function, but the future direction of the business itself.

This role offers genuine breadth, international exposure and the opportunity to
work on cutting-edge technology in an organisation operating at the intersection of sport, media and innovation.

There is genuine scope to become a senior legal leader within a growing
international business as TGI Sport continues its ambitious global transformation.
