Role Overview – Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for all services supplied to allocated projects. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, you will work closely with stakeholders to deliver total customer satisfaction from design development through to production and handover.
You will also be responsible for the continuous improvement of the client delivery experience, while maximising operational efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the primary interface between the organisation and clients for design, operational, and financial matters
- Taking full responsibility for project P&L
- Producing and issuing accurate monthly internal financial reports to senior management
- Producing and maintaining project financial backup documentation
- Compiling and producing monthly client reports
- Planning and coordinating:
- Design activities
- Production activities
- Material procurement
- Supply chain liaison
- Managing resource planning, including internal teams and third-party suppliers
- Coordinating project handover documentation in line with project plans
- Ensuring adherence by Design and Production teams to contractual and commercial obligations
- Providing regular internal updates through meetings and reporting
- Transferring warranties and certifications to the Contracts/Operations team upon project completion
- Taking overall responsibility for implementation and maintenance of:
- Health & Safety policies
- Quality Assurance policies
- Ensuring all deliverables conform to both internal and client Quality Management Systems
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in telecommunications infrastructure and cabling deployments
- Strong background in project planning and delivery
- Flexibility to travel and attend site as required by project demands
- Ability to produce and deliver client presentations in a clear, confident, and professional manner
- Ability to absorb and manage new services and applications
- Experience managing multi-site design and production activities
- Proven ability to motivate, lead, and develop project teams
- Experience delivering services against formal sub-contracts
- Strong stakeholder and client management capability
