Program Manager

Role: Programme Lead (Data Centre Connectivity)

Salary: £75,000 – £90,000 + package

Employment type: Full time

Location: UK / Europe (multi-site projects)

This is a step up into proper ownership, not just delivery.

You’ll be responsible for multiple projects or full programmes, leading teams, managing clients, and taking ownership of performance across data centre connectivity workstreams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing multiple projects or full programmes across data centre environments
• Leading Project Managers, Delivery Leads, and site teams
• Owning client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
• Managing P&L, forecasting, and overall commercial performance
• Driving delivery across multiple sites or regions
• Supporting team growth and structuring delivery capability

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience operating at Senior PM or Programme level
• Strong experience in hyperscale data centre environments

Deep understanding of:

• High-density fibre environments
• Structured cabling and connectivity delivery
• Experience managing multi-site or multi-region delivery
• Strong commercial awareness (P&L, forecasting, margin)
• Confident leading teams and dealing with senior stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience delivering across multiple countries or regions
• Exposure to spine-leaf environments (from a delivery perspective)
• Background with large-scale connectivity or data centre contractors

The Reality

• You’re expected to lead and take ownership, not just manage delivery
• This is a client-facing role at a high level
• You’ll be responsible for building and scaling teams, not just managing what’s already there
