About the Company:

We are partnered with a leading provider of structured cabling, fibre, and LAN network solutions across commercial and data-centric environments. The company handles everything from design and installation to project delivery and handover, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end structured cabling and network infrastructure projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and risks.
• Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Oversee installation of copper and fibre cabling, racks, patching, and containment.
• Conduct site surveys, review technical drawings, and ensure designs meet client requirements.
• Serve as primary client contact, providing project updates and reports.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and quality assurance processes.
• Manage project documentation, testing records, and handover deliverables.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing structured cabling projects (Cat6/Cat6A/fibre).
• 5+ years in structured cabling or network deployment project management.
• Strong technical understanding of cabling systems and installation practices.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

Qualifications / Certifications (Desirable):

• Industry-recognised cabling certifications (e.g., BICSI RCDD, CNID, CTPM).
• Project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
• Health & Safety certifications (SSSTS, SMSTS, CSCS).
• Experience delivering projects in live environments or data centres.
