Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle from bid stage through to handover
- Oversee design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and close-out phases
- Lead delivery of structured cabling, network, AV, security, and smart building systems
- Manage project programmes, budgets, cash flow, and P&L performance
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and technical specialists
- Act as main client point of contact and escalation point
- Ensure quality assurance, testing, documentation, and compliance standards are met
- Produce and manage project reporting, including financial and progress updates
- Support health & safety compliance across all site activities
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering ICT / smart building or M&E-related projects
- Strong background in structured cabling, network infrastructure, or similar systems-based environments
- Experience managing full project lifecycle delivery in client-facing roles
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and project financials
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively
- Strong understanding of health & safety and site compliance requirements
- Project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM or equivalent) preferred
- SMSTS and ECS card desirable
- Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
