IT Apprentice (M/F/D)*

As an apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, supporting IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and learning to maintain essential infrastructure. Whether you're a recent school leaver or looking for a career change, this program will provide the training and mentorship needed to thrive in the ever-evolving tech industry.
What you'll be handling:
  • Providing 1st and 2nd line user support via calls and logged issues on the ticketing system.
  • Managing and troubleshooting site-to-site and client-to-site VPNs using appropriate tools.
  • Proactively identifying and addressing ongoing technical issues, analysing reports to pinpoint root causes, and working with the Development Team to implement solutions or deliver training.
  • Escalating 3rd line issues while maintaining client communication until resolution.
  • Assisting in the support and maintenance of networks and servers.
  • Conducting Warehouse Control Systems code and module testing to support system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Working towards your accreditation.
What you'll need:
  • Minimum of 3 A-Levels
  • A passion for IT
  • self-driven and keen to learn
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Proficient communication skills
