About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. You will play a key role in transforming data into valuable insights, supporting business decisions through reporting and dashboards. This role requires strong analytical skills, a passion for data visualisation, and the ability to work with stakeholders to drive data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver insights.
  • Cleanse, model, and visualise data for improved decision-making.
  • Utilise Excel for data analysis, reporting, and automation.
  • Support data processes and automation using Power Automate and Apps (desirable).
  • Assist in scaling business data operations with SQL (desirable).
  • Explore opportunities to leverage the Azure Cloud Platform for data storage and processing (desirable).
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through effective ETL processes (desirable).

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in Power BI for data visualisation and reporting.
  • Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong ability to present data insights in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and understanding business requirements.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Familiarity with Power Automate and Apps for process automation.
  • Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Experience with Python or other programming languages for data processing.
  • Understanding of Azure Cloud Platform and its data capabilities.
  • Awareness of ETL processes for data transformation.
  • Experience in data modelling to support analytics.
