Thames 360 Ltd is working in partnership with a leading technology solutions provider who is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their fast-paced and dynamic sales team.
This role is ideal for someone with a hunter mentality—a driven and consultative sales professional who thrives on building strong relationships and truly understanding each client’s goals and challenges. You will be responsible for developing existing accounts while also identifying new business opportunities, working across multiple projects and engaging with a wide range of industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities:-
Proactively grow and manage a portfolio of accounts

Build and nurture strong client relationships through regular engagement and exceptional service

Understand each client’s business needs and tailor solutions to meet their objectives

Identify and close new revenue opportunities within existing accounts

Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver seamless service on multiple concurrent projects

Conduct client visits, prepare detailed proposals, and manage end-to-end account delivery

Provide accurate quotations, agreements, and reports

A track record in account management or B2B sales, ideally within tech or service-based environments

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

High attention to detail and commercial awareness

Experience juggling multiple priorities and client needs

Strong IT literacy and confident using CRM systems
