Enterprise Account Director – Managed Service Provider (MSP)
Location: Camberley (Hybrid / Field-based with UK travel as required) Salary: £80,000 base + OTE £130,000+ (uncapped) Contract: Permanent, Full-time
We are seeking an experienced, commercially astute Enterprise Account Director to lead new logo acquisition and strategic account development in a fast-growing MSP environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full sales cycles: prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiation, and close
- Build and manage pipeline in target sectors (professional services, healthcare, financial services, legal, property)
- Deliver tailored business cases, RFP responses, and C-level presentations
- Articulate value of MSP offerings (Managed Services, Cloud, Security, Backup/DR, Connectivity)
- Collaborate with presales and delivery teams for best-fit solutions and smooth onboarding
- Achieve/exceed revenue targets through new logos and account expansion
Essential Requirements
- 5+ years B2B sales in UK MSP / IT services market
- Track record selling recurring managed services to mid-market/enterprise
- Consultative approach with strong pipeline generation and closing skills
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- CRM proficiency and ability to engage technical/non-technical buyers
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- Knowledge of Azure/M365, cybersecurity, hybrid IT, or vendor ecosystems (Microsoft, Cisco, AWS)
