We’re hiring a driven Inside Sales Executive to join a high-performing sales team. You’ll own lead generation, cold calling, and qualification — building a strong pipeline of opportunities for senior closers while developing relationships with VPs, Directors, and C-suite decision-makers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads through targeted cold calling
- Follow up marketing campaigns, engage prospects, and qualify them for the sales team
- Track and manage all activity in Salesforce CRM
- Use smart, insightful questions to connect with senior decision-makers
- Spot campaign ideas to boost lead volume
- Master our solutions and deliver consistent messaging
- Nurture longer-term prospects into warm opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Proven BDR or inside sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- High-energy self-starter comfortable with high-volume cold calling to a global audience
- Excellent phone presence, negotiation skills, and commercial awareness
- Ideally a background in Service Management, IT Services, or SaaS/tech sales
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
