Looking for a role where your efforts directly drive business growth?We're seeking a proactive and commercially minded Lead Generation Executive to join a growing technology business. This is an opportunity to become part of a collaborative sales and marketing team, helping to create new business opportunities through targeted outreach, relationship building, and intelligent prospecting.
This isn't a high-volume cold-calling role. Instead, you'll work with existing data, marketing campaigns, events, LinkedIn, email, and warm outreach strategies to engage decision-makers and generate qualified appointments.
What You'll Be Doing- Identifying and engaging potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and telephone outreach
- Researching target organisations and key decision-makers
- Managing and maintaining CRM data to support effective campaigns
- Generating qualified meetings for the sales team
- Promoting webinars, events, and marketing initiatives
- Building and nurturing a pipeline of prospects
- Working closely with sales, marketing, and account management teams to maximise opportunities
- Experience in Lead Generation, Telemarketing, BDR, SDR, or Business Development
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
£35,000 basic salary
Uncapped commission structure
