Thames 360 Limited is delighted to be partnering with a global leader in IT Service Management (ITSM), consulting, and professional training solutions to find their next high-calibre sales professional.
Our client has a rich history of pioneering industry frameworks and a reputation for excellence, helping enterprise businesses transform their corporate operations and technology environments. We are working closely with them to expand their Reading-based commercial team and are looking for a New Business Sales Executive to drive revenue growth.
The Role
As a New Business Sales Executive, you will focus on hunting and securing new enterprise accounts across the UK and EMEA markets, while strategically capitalising on warm inbound leads. This is a hybrid position that perfectly balances consultative phone/virtual engagement with face-to-face client pitches.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify, map, and target new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise corporate accounts.
Consultative Selling: Understand complex client challenges and position our client's bespoke IT training, frameworks, and consulting services as the definitive solution.
End-to-End Sales Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial cold/warm outreach and discovery calls to leading high-impact presentations and closing the deal.
Collaboration: Work closely with our client's technical consultants and delivery teams to ensure tailored solutions meet exact requirements.
What Our Client Is Looking For
Proven B2B Sales Track Record: A minimum of 3+ years of successful business-to-business sales experience, ideally within IT services, SaaS, consulting, or professional corporate training.
Framework Knowledge: Familiarity with modern operational frameworks (such as ITIL, SIAM, or general ITSM) is highly advantageous, though not strictly mandatory.
Strong Communicator: An exceptional relationship builder with a consultative, listener-first approach to sales who can confidently pitch to C-suite decision-makers.
Driven Mindset: A self-motivated "hunter" mentality with a passion for smashing targets and maximizing uncapped commission structures.
