Looking to step into a role where you can win new business, grow accounts, and make a real commercial impact

We’re hiring an SMB Account Director to take ownership of the 50–500 user market—driving new logo wins and expanding existing clients across a full portfolio of IT and managed services.

The role
  • Win and grow accounts in the SMB/mid-market space
  • Own a £250k+ AGP target in year one
  • Cross-sell solutions across cloud, cyber, connectivity, mobile & managed services
  • Lead client conversations, negotiations & QBRs
  • Build strong pipelines and manage forecasting via CRM
  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to drive results
