Salary: £65,000 – £80,000 base + OTE £110,000 – £125,000
Role Overview
Lead sales operations to drive revenue growth in Managed Services (MSP) and IT hardware/software reselling. Focus on new business, recurring revenue, strategic partnerships, and team leadership in a high-growth B2B technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategy to meet growth targets
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team; set KPIs and targets
• Drive new business in MSP contracts and IT resale
• Grow recurring revenue (managed services, support, cloud)
• Manage key vendor relationships and maximise incentives/rebates
• Lead C-level client engagements, negotiations, and large deals
• Collaborate with technical teams for smooth sales-to-delivery handover
Required Experience
• 7–10+ years in senior sales leadership
• Proven track record in MSP and/or IT reseller environments
• Experience selling managed services, infrastructure, cloud (e.g., M365, Azure), and cybersecurity
• Strong vendor/channel knowledge and team-building success
• History of hitting multi-million-pound revenue targets
