Salary: £95,000 plus Bonus, Car allowance and Benefits

Working Pattern: Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in office), with travel across EMEA as required Reporting to: GM & Managing Director, EMEA & Global Travel Retail

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a commercially driven, hands-on marketing leader to head the EMEA Marketing function. This pivotal role is responsible for developing and executing the regional marketing strategy across a diverse range of markets, channels, and consumer segments. The Head of Marketing, EMEA, will play a key role in strengthening brand equity, supporting commercial growth, and ensuring that regional marketing initiatives are fully aligned with business priorities and global brand direction.

You will lead a talented EMEA Marketing team across Channel Marketing, Creative, Social Media & CRM, and regional support functions. Collaborating closely with Sales, Business Units, Planning, and Global teams, you will drive cross-functional alignment, set clear priorities, and ensure effective execution throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute the EMEA marketing strategy in alignment with regional growth objectives and global brand priorities.
  • Ensure marketing plans drive brand strength, market share growth, demand generation, and commercial performance.
  • Translate global strategies into impactful regional plans tailored to local market dynamics, channel priorities, and consumer behaviour.
  • Shape the regional marketing agenda to position the organization for success in both established and emerging markets.
Regional Team Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop the EMEA Marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Sales, Business Units, Planning, and Global teams to align marketing activities with commercial objectives, demand plans, and product priorities.
  • Play an active role in cross-functional planning to enhance alignment and execution across the organization.

Hands-On Execution
  • Lead the delivery of regional marketing plans, providing hands-on support and guidance as needed.
  • Balance strategic leadership with operational delivery, maintaining pace and ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Address challenges proactively and ensure plans are implemented effectively.
Brand and Channel Activation
  • Oversee the regional activation of global campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives across key channels, ensuring consistency and local relevance.
  • Drive best-in-class execution across digital, social, PR, events, retail, and partner activations.

Insight and Performance Management
  • Leverage data, market intelligence, and campaign analysis to identify opportunities, optimize plans, and improve ROI.
  • Stay attuned to consumer, customer, and market trends across EMEA to ensure marketing strategies remain relevant and competitive.
Budget and Resource Management
  • Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize impact and achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee agency and external partner relationships to ensure high-quality execution and support for regional plans.
  • Make informed investment decisions to focus resources on areas with the greatest commercial return.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Extensive experience in a senior marketing leadership role (Senior Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing level), ideally within consumer electronics, technology, or a similarly fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.
  • Proven track record of leading marketing teams across multiple EMEA markets and channels.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to connect marketing strategy to business performance and growth.
  • Experience building consumer-led brands in multi-channel environments, with a deep understanding of driving relevance, visibility, and demand.
  • Broad expertise across brand, channel, digital, and integrated marketing.
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to influence effectively within a matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with Sales, Business Units, Planning, and Global stakeholders.
  • Strong people leadership skills, with a history of building teams, developing talent, and driving accountability.
  • Hands-on, practical mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision and operational execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence in using data and insights to guide decisions and measure success.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
