Apprentice Enrolment Officer
A fantastic opportunity to work for a well established training provider! You will learn all aspects of the current funding eligibility of candidates in order to support fulfillment of contract requirements.
Role
- Pre screening learners to ensure they are eligible for the government funded courses
- Ensuring learners have provided all documents prior to their enrolment
- Liasing with customers for suitable times and dates for enrolments
- Making sure any queries or questions asked by learners are answered
- General admin
- Answering calls
- Spreadsheet data
Training
- TheLightBulb will deliver the Level 2 Customer Service
Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard - To include 20% off the job training
- In-house training will be given to support specifics of
the role
