The role

As a CRM Manager you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering CRM strategies, email marketing campaigns, and digital communications to ensure engagement and retention across all stages of the member journey. Acting as the gatekeeper of our brand, CRM Manager will ensure consistency, quality and alignment across all digital touchpoints.

Ideal candidate must be data-driven, using insights and analytics to optimise campaigns, refine strategies, and drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategically plan, execute, and monitor email campaigns, optimising performance against data driven goals and KPIs.
  • Design, build, and manage all member email campaigns, including automations and onboarding flows, ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Create and oversee an email marketing calendar aligned with campaigns, business goals and app push notifications.
  • Act as the internal Salesforce Marketing Cloud champion with expertise in: Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder to create, manage and optimise automated email campaigns. Strong understanding of Content Builder for creating and managing dynamic, responsive email templates. Experience with Audience builder for segmentation and personalisation of communications. Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Connect to sync data between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud. Proficiency in SQL and Marketing Cloud's data extensions to manage, query and maintain member data. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations and functionalities. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and AMPscript for email customisation and dynamic content.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations and functionalities.
  • Understand business and member needs advising on CRM improvements, best practices, ensuring data security and GDPR compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external contractors to coordinate CRM projects at all stages: planning, executing, monitoring, closing, and reporting.
  • Create dashboards and reports to share digital insights, tracking behaviour and performance using tools Google Analytics, Firebase and social media insights.
  • Oversee content and design updates for The Roof Gardens website and app, ensuring brand consistency and a great user experience.
  • Use CMS systems to keep web and app content up to date, engaging and relevant.
  • Collaborate with wider marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns.

About you

  • Proven experience and expertise with Marketing Cloud is a must.
  • Experienced with CMS systems (wordpress / wagtail) and Adobe Creative Suite skills would be desirable.
  • Proven experience in a comparable role is essential.
  • A good understanding of the luxury lifestyle market, high end private membership clubs/hospitality businesses, or similar
  • Creative with an eye for detail, you will have great organisational skills
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills able to build relationships at all levels both inside and outside the organisation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
