Change Implementation Lead
A Change and Systems Project Manager is required to support the delivery of key transformation initiatives for our client based in Cambridge. The role focuses on embedding new processes and technologies, improving data accuracy, and driving measurable efficiency gains across teams.
Responsibilities include supporting prioritisation of change initiatives, coaching teams on new systems and ways of working, creating dashboards and reports to track adoption, ensuring accountability for project milestones, and using data analysis to identify improvements. The role also involves working closely with IT and function leads to ensure solutions meet business needs, supporting audits and rankings submissions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Essential requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, operations, and change management
- Strong knowledge of systems, data, and process optimisation, with confidence using AI tools
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to communicate technical and process changes clearly to non-technical teams
- Evidence of problem-solving, adaptability, and success driving change in fast-paced environments
Desirable: Experience in higher or professional education, familiarity with business systems and reporting tools, and knowledge of structured change management methodologies.
