As we scale globally, we’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead our product vision and strategy across all lines of business.

The role :

As our CPO, you will own the entire product lifecycle — from market insights and roadmap development to go-to-market and product-led growth. You’ll drive innovation across multiple product verticals, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to build impactful, scalable, and secure solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Define and communicate a cohesive product vision aligned with Company mission
• Lead, grow, and mentor a high-performing product team across EdTech, cybersecurity
• Own the product roadmap and prioritize based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to deliver high-quality, user-centric products
• Work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
• Ensure all products meet regulatory, privacy, and security standards (e.g. GDPR, FERPA, KCSIE)
• Monitor product performance and make data-informed decisions to drive adoption and engagement
• Act as a product evangelist internally and externally — driving thought leadership and market awareness

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership as a Head of Product or CPO in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
• Experience in EdTech , cybersecurity , or enterprise IT strongly preferred
• Track record of building and scaling successful, high-impact products across multiple markets
• Strong understanding of user needs in educational and enterprise security environments
• Ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution
• Deep customer empathy and the ability to translate complex challenges into elegant solutions
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a remote, global, cross-functional environment

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, Ofsted, COPPA, FERPA)
• Experience with AI/ML-powered product features
• Technical background or comfort working closely with engineers and cybersecurity experts
• Product-led growth (PLG) experience
