Job Summary

The Production & Risk Service group is seeking a seasoned Application Support Lead for platforms including CRM, CLM, CSI, Client First, Banking, Data Analytics (Equities Research), and Digital Channels.

This role involves supporting fast-paced global businesses with evolving needs. Your ownership of the production estate, curiosity, and pride in your work will contribute to your success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring maximum system availability and prompt issue resolution
  • Proactive application management and governance
  • Leveraging automation to improve efficiency
  • Adhering to standard operating procedures and governance
  • Collaborating across Business, Technology, Compliance, and Surveillance groups
  • Managing incidents, problems, and releases; providing project updates
  • Driving IT governance and de-risking initiatives
  • Knowledge sharing, documentation, and cross-training to support a follow-the-sun model

Requirements for Success:

Must-have:

  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, assertive, proactive
  • Strong collaboration, strategic focus, continuous improvement
  • Experience supporting large-scale, global trading/risk platforms
  • Automation skills (Python, PERL, etc.)
  • Knowledge of LINUX, WINDOWS, SQL
  • Organizational skills, ability to switch contexts, thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills, self-starter
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with Client onboarding or relationship management systems like Salesforce, Fenergo
