Senior Java Developer (8+ years) required to help with a Liferay 7.x to 7.4 upgrade project. (Hiring Immediately)

Our Public Enterprise client is seeking a Senior Java Developer (8+ years) to assist with a Liferay 7.x to 7.4 upgrade project .

This is a full-time position, initially for a 1-year contract with the possibility of a one-year extension. Hybrid or remote work arrangements are possible.

1. 8+ years of experience in software development and maintenance using Java (Spring Boot) .
2. 4+ years of experience with portlet development using Liferay , with upgrade experience to version 7.4 preferred.
3. 4+ years of experience with source code management using GitHub and Subversion (SVN) .
4. 2+ years of experience developing RESTful services with Swagger .
