ML/AI‐Driven Digital Transformation Initiative
We are embarking on a comprehensive digital transformation programme that leverages Machine Learning, AI, and Agentic AI systems. This initiative will be built from first principles and will integrate agent training, human‐in‐the‐loop decision making, and advanced ML/AI capability development.
Role Overview – ML/AI Digital Transformation Leader
We are seeking an ML/AI Digital Transformation Leader to define the strategy, lead design and development, and manage the implementation of our ML/AI‐enabled transformation programme. This London‐based role is open to UK‐based candidates only.
Key responsibilities include aligning digital strategy with business objectives, driving transformation across departments, optimising processes using ML/AI and Agentic AI, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be:
- Based in the UK (preferably Southeast or London but not exclusively)
- Energetic, proactive, and highly motivated
- Experienced in computer science and/or data science
- Skilled in ML/AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and the Microsoft enterprise ecosystem
- Knowledgeable in digital transformation methodologies and application development
- Technically proficient in IT systems, digital technologies, data processing, and software development
- Focused on ML/AI model training, agentic systems, and organisational knowledge management
- Familiar with business strategy, organisational structures, and process design
- Academically or research‐oriented (advantageous)
- Experienced or knowledgeable in the built environment (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong in project management, with a track record of cross‐functional delivery
- An effective communicator able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Creative, analytical, and adaptive to emerging technologies and industry trends
