CRM Officer
Do you enjoy improving CRM systems so teams can work more efficiently? Are you confident managing data quality, supporting users and driving system improvements? We’re recruiting a CRM Officer to join a respected membership organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on role focused on CRM management, data integrity, user support and process improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and triage a CRM ticketing system
- Maintain data quality through cleansing and de-duplication
- Liaise with external technical suppliers
- Deliver CRM training to staff
- Create reports, dashboards and insights
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement automation
- Support GDPR-aligned CRM governance
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM
- Advanced Excel
- Understanding of GDPR
- Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
