Test Lead

We're looking for a collaborative and proactive Test Lead to help ensure our systems, platforms and change initiatives are delivered to the highest standards of quality, reliability and compliance.

Working closely with the Test Manager, you will lead day-to-day testing activities across a range of projects, programmes and operational change initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, coordinating and reporting on testing activities across multiple initiatives.
• Supporting the development and continuous improvement of TPT's testing strategy, governance and quality assurance framework.
• Coordinating testing phases including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), regression, end-to-end, performance and operational readiness testing.
• Managing defect triage, prioritisation, escalation and resolution activities.
• Working with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure testing standards are consistently applied.
• Supporting major transformation initiatives including platform upgrades, cloud migration and process automation.
• Providing clear reporting on test progress, quality metrics, risks and issues to support effective decision-making.
• Contributing to the development of test automation capabilities and modern quality engineering practices.
• Helping to develop and support a collaborative, knowledge-sharing testing culture.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience leading or coordinating testing within a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, quality assurance and test lifecycles.
• Experience with test planning, defect management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Zephyr, Azure DevOps or TestRail.
• Technical testing experience including API, integration, data or non-functional testing.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• ISTQB Foundation certification (or equivalent experience).
