Senior Full Stack Engineer

Senior Full Stack Engineer | React / Kotlin | Fintech | £100k–£130k + Equity | UK Remote

We’re hiring Senior Full Stack Engineers to join a small team building a brand-new platform from scratch for a global business operating in 25+ countries and valued close to £1bn.

The company is undergoing a major tech transformation and forming a startup-style engineering team to rebuild its core platform to enable global expansion.

Tech stack

• Kotlin (backend)
• React (frontend)
• Full-stack ownership
• Pair programming & TDD
• Simple architecture focused on speed of delivery

What we’re looking for

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack development skills
• React, Kotlin, Java or .NET backgrounds welcome
• Startup or product-driven experience a plus
• Strong communication skills (collaborative engineering culture)

Package

• £100k–£130k salary
• Equity plan
• Fully remote UK + occasional meetups

Interview process

Three stages: intro call, pair programming exercise, culture/product interview.
