This is a service and maintenance-focused role where you'll work with a wide range of commercial clients, ensuring their security systems remain reliable, compliant and operating at peak performance.

The RoleYou'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on a variety of electronic security systems across multiple client sites.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planned preventative maintenance of CCTV and access control systems
- Diagnosing and repairing faults on CCTV, IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs and associated equipment
- Servicing access control systems including readers, controllers, locks and intercoms
- Carrying out minor upgrades and system modifications
- Configuring user access rights and door schedules
- Supporting basic IP network configuration including IP addressing and VLANs
- Completing service documentation and maintenance records
- Delivering outstanding customer service whilst working independently across client sites
We're looking for someone with strong technical ability and an excellent customer-focused approach.
You'll ideally have:
- 5+ years' experience within CCTV and Access Control engineering
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience working with IP CCTV systems
- Knowledge of NVRs, DVRs, cameras and security peripherals
- Experience servicing access control systems
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, switches, VLANs, remote access)
- ECS Card
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites
