TRIA Recruitment are a Bristol based IT and Digital recruitment consultancy with ambitious growth plans throughout 2026. We are looking for talented Account Managers / Delivery Consultants to join the team and be part of shaping our continued success.

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a background of delivering top talent into various clients and sectors within the Tech & Digital space. As an Account Manager you will manage key accounts on a day to day and will be responsible for developing relationships with clients and line managers offering TRIA solutions and delivering on their recruitment needs. You will be proficient at job board/database searching, headhunting on LinkedIN (ideally Recruiter) Networking and the facilitation of the recruitment lifecycle. We offer salaries up to £42,000 with an uncapped commission plan with no threshold. Top performers will also be rewarded with Directors Club trips, Lunch Clubs and Personal Training Sessions.
