We are supporting a household‐name organisation embarking on a major transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Contract Business Analyst to join the team. This role is ideal for a BA who excels in complex environments and brings both commercial awareness and strong stakeholder gravitas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions
• Analyse current and future‐state processes to support programme objectives.
• Produce documentation including user stories, functional specifications, and process maps.
• Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, providing clarity and challenge when needed.
• Ensure alignment across workstreams within a large, complex transformation programme.

Skills & Experience required

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within large, complex environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management with the gravitas to influence senior leaders.
