IAM Business Analyst - Contract

Outside IR35 - £450-£550 p/d

Hybrid - London 2-3 days a week

We’re seeking an experienced IAM Business Analyst with significant Testing experience to support a global IGA platform rollout. You’ll focus on JML processes, SAP SuccessFactors integration, and onboarding applications, combining business analysis with hands-on testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document JML and integration requirements
• Run stakeholder workshops across HR, IT, and IAM teams
• Design and execute test cases (functional, integration, UAT)
• Manage defects and support test sign-off
• Support application onboarding, including roles and access models

Essential Skills

• IAM/IGA Business Analysis or Testing experience
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or HR systems
• Strong knowledge of JML lifecycle processes
• Experience with IGA tools (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada)
• Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills

Desirable

• Global IAM rollout experience
• Knowledge of APIs, AD/Entra ID
• RBAC/ABAC and access certification experience
• ISTQB or similar
