Join a leading luxury business on a major ERP and Data Platform transformation. Were seeking a Business Analyst to ensure seamless alignment between our implementation vendor, internal teams, and business objectives - driving quality, accountability, and excellence throughout delivery.

The Role

Youll act as the link between business stakeholders, IT, and the vendor - defining, documenting, and validating requirements to ensure solutions meet our exacting standards. From facilitating workshops to managing change control and supporting UAT, youll play a key part in the full implementation cycle.

Youll Do

• Lead requirements gathering across Finance, Procurement, Operations & IT
• Ensure vendor deliverables meet defined business and functional needs
• Maintain traceability, documentation, and change control
• Oversee internal dependencies and data readiness
• Support testing, validation, and business adoption

About You

• Proven Business Analyst experience on ERP or data platform programmes
• Strong vendor management and delivery assurance skills
• Knowledge of finance, procurement, or supply chain processes (luxury or retail a plus)
• Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
