Cutover Manager

Cutover Manager - 6 month contract - inside IR35 - remote

A Cutover Manager is required to engage and collaborate with the Programme team, key stakeholders and business resources to develop, update, and manage the dress rehearsals & cutover plan to meet the agreed schedule for a Salesforce deployment.

Responsibilities

• Create a detailed set of Dress Rehearsal & Cutover Plans, including dependencies, preparation, as well as the actual cutover activities.
• Ensure proper cutover management controls are in place and managed to safeguard the cutover timelines.
• Run dress rehearsals and cutovers by acting as a single point of contact for major releases.
• Manage Risk, Issues, Assumptions & Dependencies
• Produce a weekly report on progress and status of all outstanding closure activities in alignment with the IT governance requirements.
• Represent cutover team in across in all the programme forums to provide progress updates & highlight risks related to dress Rehearsals and cutover.
• Liaise with Service Delivery and ensure necessary change management processes are followed to safely deploy changes in to Production Environments.
• Support any activities related to handover of duties to Hypercare & BAU release management team.
