Online Trading Manager – Leading UK Retailer

£50–60k - 4 days/onsite (Slough/Milton Keynes)

We're working with one of the UK's largest privately-owned retailers, supporting their ambitious digital transformation journey. This is a high-impact trading role where you'll own the day-to-day performance of a growing eCommerce channel.

You'll be joining at a pivotal moment – leading online trading activity, introducing smarter processes, and leveraging cutting-edge AI-powered search and merchandising tools to elevate customer experience.

With a direct report and close collaboration across buying, marketing, and UX teams, this is your chance to build and lead the online trading function from the ground up.

What we're after:

✅ Proven experience in eCommerce trading or digital merchandising

✅ Strong commercial knowledge - experience driving sales growth

✅ Hands-on with analytics platforms

✅ Experience managing advanced search & merchandising tools
