We’re looking for a strategic and business-focused Enterprise Architect to join a growing architecture function within a values-driven, financial organisation undergoing significant transformation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading enterprise architecture engagements across both business and IT domains
• Mapping business capabilities and aligning them with strategic objectives and technology roadmaps
• Providing governance and high-level oversight across the full change portfolio
• Partnering with C-suite and Director-level stakeholders to shape strategic initiatives, such as cloud strategy or operating model design
• Supporting and embedding EA best practice, tooling, and frameworks across the organisation
• Working with solution architects and delivery teams to ensure alignment from vision through to execution

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in an Enterprise Architect or Lead Architect role with a clear business-facing focus
• Experience working across both technology and the wider business to influence direction and priorities
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including direct interaction with executive teams
• Confident with business capability modelling, portfolio-level architecture, and strategic planning
• Familiar with EA frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) and supporting toolsets
• A strong communicator who can challenge constructively, influence decisions, and help shape an evolving EA function
