We are hiring a Head of Commercial to work directly with the founder of a growing technology business delivering hardware, software, and data solutions into infrastructure environments. This is a hands-on role where you will own revenue generation and shape how the commercial function grows. This is not about inheriting a team. It is about building momentum, closing deals, and creating structure that scales.
What You Will Own
- End-to-end revenue generation, from pipeline creation to deal close
- Complex, multi-stakeholder sales into technical environments
- Go-to-market strategy and commercial structure
- Growing existing client relationships alongside winning new business
- Bringing discipline and predictability to the sales pipeline
What You Bring
- 5 to 10+ years in B2B commercial or sales roles
- A strong track record of winning new business and hitting targets
- Experience selling technically complex solutions
- Confidence working with engineering or technical stakeholders
- The drive to build something, not just manage it
