IT Systems Specialist - POS

Up to £45,000 per annum + benefits

West London - Full Time, On Site

A Premier League football club with operations across multiple West London sites is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Systems Administrator to take ownership of its Oracle Hospitality Simphony POS system.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting food and beverage operations across matchday and non-matchday events, while also contributing to broader IT system administration and integration projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary administrator for the Oracle POS system, including EMC configuration and user/database management.
• Support day-to-day IT operations across business-critical systems.
• Develop and maintain integrations using open APIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate menu content, pricing, and event packages.
• Provide second-line support and training to end users.
• Work with third-party suppliers for escalations and maintenance.
• Assist with technology rollouts and infrastructure upgrades.

About You

• Proven experience as a System Administrator, ideally in hospitality, retail, or venue environments.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Hospitality Simphony POS or similar POS platforms.
• Understanding of system integrations and API management.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
