£70,000-£90,000 + 10% Bonus Permanent

London - Hybrid - 3 days per week

We are representing a fast-growing cloud company building next-generation GPU cloud infrastructure at genuine scale. Operating across 18 countries and scaling rapidly towards 200 employees, this business is on an exciting trajectory — and this is a great opportunity to join an engineering team at the heart of it.

You will work closely with senior engineers to help operate and continuously improve a business-critical OpenStack and Kubernetes platform supporting AI, ML, and HPC workloads. This is a hands-on infrastructure role with real ownership from day one, a high degree of autonomy, and a clear path towards Senior as you deepen your expertise and take on more of the platform.

We are looking for:

• Hands-on experience operating OpenStack in production or pre-production environments
• Experience running production-grade Kubernetes clusters, ideally in bare-metal or private cloud setups
• Solid grounding in Linux, networking, and storage — with a practical approach to troubleshooting and performance optimisation
• Experience with infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and Git-based workflows
• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, scale-up environment
• Exposure to GPU-based infrastructure, HPC, or large-scale compute platforms is a bonus but not essential
