£100k + 20% Bonus + 20% Pension

We’re hiring an AI Product Lead to shape and deliver enterprise-wide AI strategy within a prestigious financial services organisation.

This is a high-impact role with real executive visibility, focused on identifying where AI will create value, defining the roadmap, and turning ambition into actionable strategy across the business.

You’ll work at the intersection of business and technology, translating AI capabilities (LLMs, document intelligence, RAG) into commercially meaningful initiatives across domains such as customer, operations, and risk.

Rather than delivering isolated use cases, your focus will be on building a joined-up, enterprise AI strategy, moving the organisation toward scalable, value-driven adoption.

What we’re looking for

• Experience shaping AI or data-led strategy in complex organisations
• Strong understanding of modern AI capabilities and how they apply commercially
• Background in financial services
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across all domains, and operate at enterprise level
