London – Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office

We are representing a prestigious, well-established professional services firm looking to build and embed a best-in-class PMO function within its growing digital team. This is a high-visibility role at the heart of a business with an expanding portfolio of strategic and technology initiatives, offering the opportunity to shape how the organisation delivers change at scale.

You will take ownership of project and programme delivery standards across the business, driving governance, reporting, resource planning, and delivery assurance - while acting as a coach and trusted advisor to the wider project and product community. You will be the only PMO resource in a Digital & Technology function that includes ≈ 30 people so expect to be hands-on.

We are looking for:

  • A proven PMO professional with demonstrable experience working in small teams with complex portfolio roadmaps
  • Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, risk management, and delivery assurance - with the ability to balance rigour with pragmatism, this role will be seen as an enabler in the business
  • Good experience with Agile, most teams you will engage with run Scrum or Kanban
  • A confident communicator, comfortable engaging and influencing at senior levels
  • A coaching mindset - able to upskill delivery teams while driving adoption of standards
