About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a fast-paced retail environment, delivering key digital and technology initiatives across e-commerce, web platforms, and product systems.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead end-to-end project delivery, working across cross-functional teams and third-party partners to drive transformation and enhance customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end IT or digital projects
• Background within retail, e-commerce, or customer-focused environments
• Strong understanding of systems, integrations, and cloud/SaaS platforms
• Experience with web technologies, CMS, or product/data systems
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong vendor management experience
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong delivery focus
