We're looking for a Senior BI Developer to join a world-leading F&B operator at their global hub in London, leading the charge on data democratization and business intelligence.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be owning end-to-end delivery of dashboards, leading technical solution design, and mentoring a growing team of BI professionals.

You'll be translating complex business requirements into compelling data stories that drive decision-making worldwide. With direct exposure to C-suite stakeholders and the chance to shape global reporting strategy, this is the perfect move if you're ready to step up your leadership game.

What we're after:

• Proven experience with DAX & SQL (essential!)

• Strong BI data modelling + advanced visualization skills

• UX/CX mindset when designing reports and dashboards

• Experience leading requirements gathering, stakeholder management & vendor relationships • Team leadership experience - setting objectives, mentoring, driving performance

• Agile delivery background + passion for continuous improvement
