  • Thoroughly document workflows, functionalities, and integrations to ensure continuity.
  • Consult with stakeholders to assess current usage, requirements, and modernisation goals.
  • Design and implement a future-ready solution using Microsoft Power Platform and other centrally approved technologies.
  • Lead the redevelopment, delivering secure, scalable, and sustainable web tools.
  • Ensure alignment with IT governance, security standards, and best engineering practices.
  • Oversee integration with core data services and central platforms.
  • Provide regular updates to ITS leadership and key faculty stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Understanding of PHP, SQL, and web architecture.
  • Proven experience supporting and evolving legacy PHP systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services and cloud-first development strategies.
  • Skilled in reverse-engineering and documenting undocumented software platforms.
  • Demonstrated success delivering projects using modern web or low-code solutions.
  • Experience in IT service transition, stakeholder engagement, and technical documentation.
