Software Engineer

Embedded Software Engineer - Hybrid – Contract - £500 a day outside.

We’re looking for a Embedded Software Engineer to join a consultancy team. You’ll work across a broad range of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality embedded solutions for our clients.

Your Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of software development experience
• Medical Device Experience
• Strong embedded programming skills in C/C++
• Familiarity with embedded systems (e.g. STM32, CubeMX
• Experience with embedded OSs such as FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or Embassy
• Solid understanding of communication protocols: I2C, UART, SPI, Bluetooth LE

Desirable:

• Exposure to languages such as Python, JavaScript, Swift, Java, etc.
• Linux
• GUI development with Qt, TouchGFX, Crank
• Familiarity with tools like Git, Jira, Confluence
• Ability to work across the full tech stack, from hardware to UI
